These terms and conditions apply to all sales agreed with the Dakhla Boarding Hotel. Consequently, the customer declares having read these terms and conditions of sale and pledges to observe them. These terms and conditions of sale may be changed at any time and the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect at the time of the booking. These terms and conditions of sale cover all relations between the customer and the Dakhla Boarding Hotel website represented by Dakhla Boarding Hotel SARL. They serve as a contract and therefore any person who purchases Fromm the website is assumed to have accepted them unconditionally and definitively.

ARTICLE 1: PRICES

The total amount of the booking will be debited from your credit card just after your booking has been confirmed.
Prices cover the room and the number of people indicated and depend on the period selected and do not include services (unless otherwise indicated).
Tourist tax (20 dirhams per day per person aged 12 and over) is not included in the price shown and must be paid directly at the hotel reception.
Certain services may require extra costs and be subject to possible changes without warning for which the hotel cannot be held responsible.

No accommodation booked before a special offer is launched will receive a refund, even partial.

ARTICLE 2: BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

Bookings can be made on the website www.dakhlaboardinghotel.com, by telephone or by email.
The booking will only be confirmed if it is guaranteed by the customer, either by providing a credit card number with the expiry date or by paying a deposit and after receipt of a detailed booking confirmation.
Payment of all services will be made directly to the hotel (except for bookings on another online booking platform).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any suspicious booking.

ARTICLE 3: FORCE MAJEURE

By force majeure we understand any event beyond either party’s control that is unpredictable and insurmountable, that prevents the customer from travelling and carrying out all or some of the obligations stated in this contract.

The same understanding extends to transport strikes, hotel staff strikes, governmental disturbances or public riots.

In the case where force majeure prevents the customer from travelling, the hotel will reschedule their accommodation subject to availability.
Force majeure must be justified by the customer.

ARTICLE 4: CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Any booking changes or cancellations must be sent by email to dReservation@dakhlaboardinghotel.com

The change or cancellation is only effective when the Dakhla Boarding Hotel confirms its approval and acceptance in writing.In the case of any booking change or cancellation, the following conditions apply (except in the case of force majeure):

  1. 30 days before arrival no fees
  2. Cancellation from d-30 to d-15: 30% on the entire stay
  3. Cancellation from d 14 to d-7: 50% on the whole stay
  4. Cancellation from d-6 to no-show: 100% on the whole stay.

For bookings on our partner websites, you must cancel on their websites. In this case, the applicable cancellation conditions are those of the partner websites and may differ from those of the Dakhla Boarding Hotel

If you extend your stay, you must inform hotel reception at least the day before your previously scheduled departure, to check our availability.

ARTICLE 5: HOTEL AND SERVICES


For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Rooms are available from your arrival and must be vacated by 12h midday on the day of your departure. You may be charged if you do not vacate your room by midday.

The customer accepts and pledges to use the room with due diligence. Any disorderly conduct or behaviour that is a breach of moral standards will result in the hotel requesting the customer leave the premises with no refund and no compensation if payment has already been made.

ARTICLE 6: RELOCATION

In the case of the Dakhla Boarding Hotel’s non-availability or in the case of force majeure, the Dakhla Boarding Hotel reserves the right to fully or partially accommodate the customer in a hotel of an equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same kind.

The transfer will be paid for by the hotel, which would not be liable for any further compensation.

ARTICLE 7: DATA PROTECTION

The Dakhla Boarding Hotel  has WiFi internet access.

The customer pledges that the available computer resources will not be used to reproduce, represent, make available or communicate to the public any works or objects protected by copyright or a similar right such as texts, photographs, music and audiovisual work, software and video games, without the authorisation of the owners as stated in book I and II of the Intellectual Property code when this authorisation is required.

The Dakhla Boarding Hotel has a video surveillance system in operation covering all common areas of the site.

ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY

The hotel refuses all liability for theft, loss, damage to property belonging to the customer during their stay.

The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any deterioration, any act of vandalism as a result of their occupation of the premises and/or as a result of the participants and/or staff under their responsibility, and this covers furniture, decoration and property belonging to the hotel or not.

Consequently, the Dakhla Boarding Hotel may therefore ask the customer to leave the premises without any compensation or refund for the ongoing stay, and to pay for the damage caused by their actions.
